Otto Cupler

In 1884, one year after Robert’s patent expired, the name of the Roberts company was changed to The Otto Cupler Torpedo Co. which still survives and has offices and plant in the Titusville, Pa., area. Rick F. Tallini is President and shooter. See The Tallini Tales of Destruction, www.logwell.com.
