6:00 - 8:00 pm – Icebreaker Reception; Wolfcamp Room, HQ Hotel; cash bar. Silent Auction opens and will be continued at Monday’s Awards Dinner

6:45 am — Meet in hotel lobby

7:00 am — Depart for Permian Basin Petroleum Museum by carpool

7:30 - 8:30 am — Breakfast at the museum

7:45 am — Welcome and introductions

8:00 am — Symposium presentations begin

Lunch ~11:45 am — Lunch service in the meeting room area of museum

~5:00 pm — Symposium presentations conclude; final remarks by host.

~5:15 pm — Carpools back to hotel

6:30 - 9:00 pm — Awards Dinner – Wolfcamp Room – HQ Hotel – Dinner served @7:00 Silent Auction ends near close of dinner

6:00 - 8:00 am — Breakfast (hotel restaurant or other; hotel restaurant opens at 6:00 am)

8:00 am — Gather in hotel lobby for field trip

8:15 am — Board charter bus

8:30 am — Bus departs for field trip

Lunch — Box lunch on bus or at a field trip stop

~5:00 pm — Bus returns to HQ Hotel

~ 6:00 pm — Informal Farewell Dinner Gathering; site to be announced.
